 Hello! Welcome to the ´Page Diver´ blog.

I have a confession. 

This is not my first rodeo when it comes to book blogging. I took a long haitus in sharing my bookish thoughts in the blogosphere and really started to miss it. So, I decided to bite the bullet and start again.

I suppose in my first blog post, I should tell you a bit about myself. 

I´ve been an avid lover of stories, since I can remember.

 The joy of picking up a book and being transported to other countries and worlds, has, and always will be, something that is amazing to me.

I love getting lost in a book and also, enjoy creating my own stories, too. 

As well as being an avid reader, I also love writing and I´m currently putting the final touches to two of my own books. I would like this blog, to be mainly about my thoughts on other people´s books, but from time to time, I may chat about how my writing is getting on too.

So, what kind of books do I enjoy and what will I be reviewing on this blog?

I love horror, crime and fantasy. My favourite authors are Stephen King, Terry Pratchett and L.J Ross, so I will mainly focus on these genres, but I am open to trying any book genre.

I started a book club online a few years ago, during lockdown. Not only was it to keep some contact with the outside world, albeit virtually, but the book club has encouraged me to read books, that I wouldn't have usually picked up. 

At the moment, the book club is reading 'Wild' by Cheryl Strayed, which is something I would not have considered reading, as I tend to prefer fiction, over non fiction.

I will post my thoughts on this book, over the next few days.

At the moment, I haven't fixed a posting schedule, but I will post every Monday and, hopefully, another day in the week.

Through this blog, I hope to connect with others, to discover new authors and maybe inspire you to give some of the books, that I have enjoyed, a go too.
